1 large box of orange jello
3 cups boiling water
Cool Whip
Dissolve Jello and wather then add 8 oz Cool Whip (scoop frozen cool whip by the spoonful into jello and whisk until melted and smooth)
Pour into glass dish or cake pan.
Refrigerate. The jello will separate into layers.
You can top it with thawed cool whip and mandarin orange slices.
